Every year, we come together for a company integration event. At other times, we also engage in the #2hours4family initiative and organize seasonal events, workshops, and activities for children.
Throughout the year, we take part in many internal development initiatives and act locally as well—cleaning our surroundings, planting trees, and carrying out smaller actions that keep our calendar rarely empty and help our teams grow even closer.
At CPBC, many initiatives start with conversations and ideas shared between people. We have groups and initiatives that anyone can join—where you can be yourself and have a real influence on how we work together.
Employee‑driven activities are very diverse, ranging from volunteering and sports to mentoring and art‑related initiatives. One example is our volunteers, who every year mobilize the entire company to take part in the Szlachetna Paczka charity campaign.
We are present wherever people interested in development and collaboration are. We take part in job fairs, industry events, and local initiatives, and through our cooperation with universities and the West Pomeranian Med Hub, we actively engage in the region.
