Global Growth Support

It focuses on providing operational support for direct sales and B2B sales processes in international markets. This area covers order processing, document management and collaboration with local companies and business partners.

Global Finance Support

This department is responsible for managing Coloplast’s global financial processes. Its remit covers areas relating to accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, payments, staff expenses, financial control, procurement processes, and tax and compliance matters.

Global Operations

It focuses on data, documentation and process compliance on a global scale. This area covers the management of product data, documentation, labelling, registrations, quality reporting, and matters relating to safety and regulatory compliance, in collaboration with the organisation’s central functions.

People & Culture

It covers global and local HR functions (including HRIT). The department is responsible for HR processes, HR systems and data, recruitment, training, internal communication, employer branding, and administrative and organisational support.

Consumer Sales Support

It provides operational support for sales processes. This includes managing orders, customer data and sales systems, as well as coordinating commercial processes, including data management, CRM tools and processes supporting sales and marketing activities.

Digital, Data & IT

The department responsible for global IT and digital solutions support at Coloplast. This includes 24/7 monitoring of the IT infrastructure, managing user access to global systems, and developing applications and tools to automate processes. The scope also covers the maintenance of servers, networks, corporate websites, the e-commerce platform and other digital solutions. The department also supports commercial processes via the CRM system.

GroupLegal, IP & Business Ethics

It covers legal support, business ethics and the protection of intellectual property. The department operates as part of Coloplast’s global legal structure, supporting the organisation’s processes, projects and day-to-day operations in collaboration with head office and subsidiaries in other countries.

Branding & Design

This department is responsible for ensuring the consistency of Coloplast’s visual identity and brand standards. Its remit includes managing the guidelines, materials and tools used in communications, marketing and digital activities, in collaboration with teams in Poland, Denmark and international markets.

Chronic Care Commercial

It covers global commercial activities, including digital marketing and online initiatives. The local department focuses on the planning and implementation of digital initiatives, as well as the management of content, tools and data used in communications and commercial activities.

International Distributor Markets Operations

It provides operational support to the markets in which Coloplast operates through distributors. This area covers the coordination of operational processes, data management and collaboration with partners.
